Department of Business Administration and Computer Applications of Bengal College of Engineering and Technology were set up under the aegis of SKS Educational and Social Trust. It is devoted to the cause of education to meet the growing demand for technical and professional manpower for industries and also to serve as a training ground for computer application studies and management. DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: Business Administration will prepare the students for a career in business or entrance to the best industries operating in the current market. Students develop specialized skills and improve their capacity to analyze, communicate effectively with associates, think independently and thrive in work situations.

Master in Business Administration (2yrs FT Course)
Eligibility:
• Applicants should have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian/Foreign University/Institute.
• Applicant should have a valid score in MAT or WB-JEMAT.
Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons.) (3 yrs. FT)
Eligibility:
• Applicants should have passed/appeared 10+2 with English as one of their subjects.
• Applicant should have a valid score in CET (MAKAUT).

DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS: Computer Application will prepare the students to take up positions as system analysts, systems designers, programmers and managers in any field related to information technology. The program, therefore, aims at imparting comprehensive knowledge with equal emphasis on theory and practice.
