This department has a long history of educating, mentoring, and motivating future technological leaders and researchers in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering, as well as performing research that is in line with our society's needs and goals. Our forward-thinking Electronics and Communication undergraduate as well as our research efforts, have received national recognition year after year, and our alumni have a track record of making a constructive impact on the world. The Department provides you with the opportunity to study under renowned academics who not only engage students in the classroom through high-impact teaching approaches, but also conduct groundbreaking research projects. Our academics, staff, and students are collaborating to address some of the most challenging social concerns, such as developing sustainable green solutions, developing new technologies that improve human health.

On a national and international level, you will also witness the power of collaboration across disciplines, colleges, research labs, and companies. Apart from regular classroom lectures and labs, students and the Department organise seminars and colloquia to meet with eminent persons and learn about the newest developments in the field of electronics.
