The Electrical Engineering department at BCET was established to provide students with cutting-edge knowledge in this field. The department is NBA accredited. Every year, students who are eligible are placed on campus, with many of them working in core companies. To cater to diverse specialities, the most up-to-date simulation tools are utilised, which include facilities for measuring, characterisation, and synthesis of experimental and theoretical data.
The development of octa-drone has been done keeping in mind the vast array of applications. The applicability of the project is mainly in security monitoring, contact-less delivery of materials and information, overall areal monitoring of surroundings and capturing of live events etc.
The purpose of this project is to automate the process of water level detection to reduce the human interfacing keeping in mind the economic constraints accompanying the same.
With the advent of electric vehicles performance optimization becomes a critical issue. This project addresses this issue with the purpose of reducing the losses incurred during the process of braking in electric vehicles.
